PFW 2013- Veronique Branquinho Show

The Veronique Branquinho show went off without a hitch. Thank God! There were no tumbles or spills to report! I got to sport two outfits. Keeping the 14 bracelets from slipping off was my main concern.

The Body Of Fashion Exhibit

Doing what I was doing in Paris, "Model: The Body of Fashion" exhibit certainly peaked my interest. Held in a 2 room gallery on the Docks of the Seine, the exhibit showcased photos, videos and magazines from the perspective of the model, rather than photographer. The exhibit took a look at the evolution of fashion photography and the models that defined it. Famous photos by the likes of Helmut Newton and Juergen Teller are on display. The iconic models that grace the walls range from Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton to Kate Moss.

PFW 2013- Jacquemus

My second show this season was for quirky french design label Jacquemus. The location choice of his show caused quite a stir. Poolside, attendees had to wear baggies over their shoes and not tread too close to the edge. For a model the fear of falling is already pretty high, but drastically increases when stomping around a slippery pool.

City Magazine Shoot

Our editorial shoot for City Magazine took place in an underground club. The photographer had a very strong narrative vision, but I'm still not really sure what the story was.

Rarely do I have time to snap pictures during a photo shoot, but when the stylist offers to take a few..why not?  I wish we would have captured a couple more of the 6 great outfits we shot that day, but the few we got I love.
