Macaroon Throwdown

There is a lot of debate in Paris on which macaron reigns supreme. The biggest rivalry is between patisserie heavyweights Laudree and Pierre Hermé. Hermé is know for it's more creative flavor pairings like passion fruit chocolate or olive vanilla.  Laudree mostly sticks with the popular classics and does them well. I've eaten my fair share of the two and I say it's worth a trip to both.
